Do I need to come to your office?
No. We're a virtual firm, every meeting happens by video or phone and documents move securely through the client portal. That's how we serve practice owners in all 50 states. The Valley Stream address is our registered office, not a walk-in location.
I'm an existing client, where do I send documents?
Please use the secure client portal rather than email. It keeps your financial information encrypted and organized in one place. Never send tax documents, Social Security numbers or bank details by ordinary email.
Can you help if I'm not in New York?
Yes, we work with clients throughout the United States. As an Enrolled Agent, Safietou is federally licensed and can represent clients before the IRS in any state. State-specific filing requirements are handled as part of your engagement.
